Bloor West Village is an amazing neighbourhood in Toronto. People young and old all live, work and play here. We have the waterfront, High Park, and everywhere you look people are being active and enjoying life. Healthy living includes regular activity and physical fitness. This forms the backbone of a new and exciting local idea. The 8-Minute Path to Fitness is designed to support people in their health and fitness goals and to promote Bloor West Village as a health and fitness destination.

The 8-Minute Path to Fitness is a network of cutting edge health and fitness centres in Bloor West Village, including Breathe Yoga Studio, Retrofit Pilates, RPM Spinning, Think Fitness Studio and Pivot Sport Medicine & Orthopaedics. Each 8-Minute Path to Fitness member offers a unique specialized health and fitness experience. They provide a wide range of options to help individuals reach their personal health and wellness goals. Independently owned and operated each 8-minute Path to Fitness member employs top trainers, teachers and therapists and are all within an 8-minute walk of each other.
